A well-established orthopedic group in Tucson, Arizona is expanding its total joint program and seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon to join a high-efficiency, procedure-driven practice.

This role is designed for a surgeon who wants consistent operative volume, modern technology, and a balanced mix of clinic and OR time within a stable, collegial environment.

Position Overview:
• MAKO Robot On-Site.
• High procedural demand with strong referral volume.
• Flexible Scheduling: 25 PPD in Clinic, 8-12 Surgeries Per Week.
