AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

Garden City Mazda is HIRING NOW for two experienced, friendly Service Advisors to assist customers in understanding their car’s maintenance or repair options and answer customer questions before they’re scheduled with a technician. Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments for service, maintenance, and recall work.
• Greet customers and perform initial vehicle inspections.
• Consult with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and potential alternatives to costly repairs.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of experience as a Service Consultant in a dealership or independent repair facility is required.
• Experience with CDK is a plus.
• Previous sales or customer service experience in any industry is advantageous.
• A good understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry is essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Good work ethic and computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
