Restaurant Assistant General Manager
High-Volume Casual Dining Concept

We're seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead a busy, team-oriented restaurant known for its energetic atmosphere, loyal guests, and commitment to hospitality. This role is ideal for a manager who thrives on the floor, develops people, and understands how to balance guest satisfaction with strong financial performance.

What You'll Be Doing as the AGM
- Assist in overseeing all day-to-day restaurant operations
- Lead by example and support the team during peak business periods
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop hourly employees
- Create schedules and manage labor performance to business needs
- Monitor food quality, service execution, and cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory, product ordering, and cost-control initiatives
- Resolve guest concerns and ensure a positive dining experience
- Support financial goals through effective labor and expense management
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and health regulations
What We're Looking For in an AGM
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Working knowledge of P&L statements and restaurant financials
- Experience managing labor, scheduling, and inventory
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and team development
- Ability to multitask and make sound decisions under pressure
