• Weekend coverage -- Friday 7am - Monday 7am
• Average 7 patients per day with 4 phone consults
• 15% callback rate
• Two provider practice
• General adult urology with 40% geriatric population
• Ureteroscopy and surgical procedures required
• Coverage need may expand to weekdays in future
• No hospital privileges required
