Full job description
Atlantic Health is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist for the dynamic Atlantic Visiting Nurse Dept to work 8am-4pm on varying days in Essex County. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat patients in the patient's home and be a part of a collaborative team of health providers.
Atlantic Visiting Nurse provides personalized care for you or a loved one to regain health, stay out of the hospital, and remain living independently at home. Whether or not it is managing life with a chronic illness, living with a disability, returning home from the hospital or rehabilitation facility, or need assistance with end-of-life care, we are available to you in six counties throughout New Jersey: Morris, Somerset, Essex, Sussex, Union, and Warren.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, required
- Master or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred
Minimum Experience:
- 1 year of experience in homecare, strongly preferred
License/Certification:
- NJ License in Physical Therapy
- BLS, preferred
- Valid and unrestricted Driver License with a clean driving record, required.
