Neurology - Movement Disorders physician employment in Arizona :
Enterprise Medical Recruiting is partnering with a highly respected, physician-owned private practice in Tucson, Arizona, to recruit a fellowship-trained Movement Disorders Neurologist. This is a 100% outpatient position with no hospital call, offering an immediate patient base, subspecialty focus, and a clear path to partnership.
Opportunity Highlights:
- 100% outpatient with no call
- Focus on Movement Disorders, ramp up to 80% subspecialty within 6 months
- Large referral base with 1,000+ patients on the waiting list
- Access to in-house EEG, EMG, infusion center, audiology, imaging, and pain procedures
- Clinic setup for DBS Programming
- Expect 16-19 patients per day
- Base salary $375-400K plus collections-based production bonus
- $150K Sign-on bonus - Forgiven over 3 year contract
- Fellowship stipend ($2K/month)
- Relocation Allowance
- 4 weeks PTO, CME time, and allowance
- 4-year partnership track with shared ownership in ancillaries and real estate
Qualifications:
- Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Neurologist
- Fellowship training in Movement Disorders
- Eligible for Arizona medical license
