Full job description

The Product Engineer supports and improves manufacturing processes and tooling throughout the product lifecycle. The primary focus is improving yield, reducing part cost, and reducing rework through data-driven problem solving and continuous improvement. This position works cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, and customers to deliver safe, efficient, and repeatable processes.

What will you do?

  • Improve manufacturing yield and reduce part cost.
  • Reduce rework through root cause analysis and corrective action.
  • Develop and improve manufacturing processes and tooling.
  • Support NPI and new product launches.
  • Analyze process data and drive continuous improvement.
  • Meet customer technical requirements and issues.
  • Review and approve pattern, tooling, and process designs.
  • Monitor processes for consistency and compliance.
  • Collaborate and support with internal and external customers.
  • Use structured problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.

What will make you a successful candidate?
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
  • 1-2 years previous experience in a Product Engineering or Engineering role is preferred.
  • CAD experience, SolidWorks preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated individual with data driven problem solving techniques
