Sistersville Center, a Genesis HealthCare skilled nursing and rehab facility in Sistersville, WV, seeks a Wound Care and Skin Health Team Lead, RN. In this on-site leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of wound and skin integrity for short-term rehab and long-term care residents. Responsibilities include comprehensive wound assessment, evidence-based treatment planning, hands-on care, staff education, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
