Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* At least two years of current pediatrics rehab experience required
* Ohio license and registry required and cannot be in process
Assignment Details
* Monday-Friday schedule
* 40 hours per week
* Five 8-hour shifts per week
* Weekend hours are not required
* Major holidays are observed
* EPIC EMR is used
* Outpatient pediatrics setting

Location Highlights
Zanesville offers access to outdoor recreation and regional attractions in east-central Ohio.
