A Registered Nurse (RN) needed in a Case Manager (CM) or Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) setting. Job Type: Local or Travel Contract. Shift: Mids, 40hr Week (5x8). Location: Portland, OR. Requirements: Must have 1yr CM or PCC experience during the past 3yrs. Updated resume, Basic Life Support (BLS - AHA or Red Cross), current drivers license (DL), and an active Oregon and Washington or Compact RN license.
