Nanny needed for toddler starting August 18th with flexible weekday hours

We want a nanny for our toddler. This position starts on August 18th. The schedule is flexible, with weekday mornings, daytime, and afternoons available. Our toddler is very active and needs to be outside for at least 2hrs and flexible toys to play with, for an example; magnet blocks, mega blocks. She loves to watch yo Gabba Gabba and tv shows like tom and Jerry, and Sesame street. She tends to push boundaries when she's told no so being stern with her but GENTLE handling is needed for her or she will get scared of you and will completely go against whatever you say. To get her to fall asleep is she needs constant play outdoors and indoors for 2hrs. She loves pens, highlighters, pencils and markers but isn't allowed to use them because she will draw on herself and EVERYTHING around her. Our toddler loves to read books, hearing and learning how to read books so books and or flexible toys are a must for her.
