Full job description

Regeneron is currently seeking a 2027 Co-op in Precision Medicine Operations to join our Samples, Kits, Data, and Logistics (SKDL) team, which supports clinical laboratory operations through automation tools, data pipelines, and web applications.

When & where:
Location: Armonk, NY
Timeframe: This position is full-time and onsite from May/June-December (Summer-Fall).
Pay: Intern and Co-op pay ranges are determined by level of education (year in school) and degree program. The hourly rate range for these locations is: $17.90-$50.90 per hour.
What you’ll do:
- Survey candidate workflows across Precision Medicine Operations to identify gaps and high-impact automation opportunities
- Build proof-of-concept solutions, such as dashboards, visualizations, and integrations, that reduce manual effort
- Write and test code in Python and/or R to support automation and data-pipeline development
- Apply large language models (LLMs) to automation tasks where appropriate
- Generate insights from clinical trial and biological data to support treatment-response research
- Collaborate with functional experts across Precision Medicine Operations and partners in Data Management and Global Development IT
- Document technical work clearly, including setup steps, limitations, and maintenance needs
Relevant majors: Bioinformatics/Statistics/Mathematics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Technology

- Must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree (and be returning to school the semester following the position or graduating after the position)
- Must be able to commit to 40 hours per week from January-August, May/June-December, or August-December
- Demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports, current or previous work, or within the community preferred
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
