Provide advanced neonatal care in multiple NICU settings across a regional system
Work across three primary facilities:

St. Luke‚¬„¢s Hospital of Kansas City (Level IIIB NICU, 49 beds)
St. Luke‚¬„¢s East (Level IIIA NICU, 15 beds)
St. Luke‚¬„¢s North (Level II NICU + well-baby coverage)

Deliver care for critically ill and premature newborns in Level II‚¬€œIII NICUs
Participate in in-house coverage shifts (12-hour and 24-hour)
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including neonatologists and maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) specialists
Support well-baby nursery coverage as needed
Manage admissions, daily care, and stabilization of neonates
Respond to neonatal emergencies and transfers within the system
Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and patient safety
