Full job description

Hi, we are looking for a reliable and loving afternoon caregiver for our toddler, Max, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Max starts school on September 1st (8:30-5:00, M-F) and we'd like to establish a regular routine for him as soon as possible. My wife, Polina, and I both work full time. Polina works from home. Max is a happy and energetic little guy. We'd like our caregiver to engage with him outdoors as much as possible (although he may be tired after school) while maintaining a sane afternoon environment in our home for Polina.
