At the Craven County Jail , youll work alongside a dedicated healthcare team providing essential medical care while enjoying a structured 35-hour-per-week rotating schedule .
What Youll Do
* Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the facility
* Administer medications and treatments as ordered
* Perform assessments and respond to patient healthcare needs
* Monitor and document patient conditions and care
* Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team
* Maintain accurate and timely medical records
* Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent medical needs
* Promote a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment
* Follow all facility and company policies and procedures
