Experienced Dental Assistant – Deerfield Family Dentistry
Deerfield, NH | Private Practice | $25–$40/hour (DOE)

Deerfield Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced, motivated, and positive Dental Assistant to join our wonderful private practice team!

We are a close-knit office with a team of approximately 10 people, and we take pride in creating a happy, supportive environment for both our patients and our team. We’re looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, enjoys working with people, and genuinely takes pride in their work.

What We Offer

• $25–$40/hour, based on experience and qualifications
• EFDA candidates are encouraged to apply and may qualify toward the higher end of the range
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Patient care hours: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

About the Role

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting our doctors and providing an excellent experience for our patients. We’re looking for someone who is confident in their assisting skills, works well as part of a team, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1+ year of dental assisting experience preferred
• Strong dental assisting skills and a willingness to continue learning
• EFDA certification is a plus
• Additional certifications and skills are highly valued
• A flexible, motivated, and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic
