StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00

This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physicianfor locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. Call Schedule included
• Practice Setting: Hybrid inpatient and outpatient setting at Swedish Cancer Institute - Edmonds.
• Type of cases and required procedures: Hematology and Oncology patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Clinic coverage plus call responsibilities.
• Credentialing timeframe: 30-90 days.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Certifications required: Board Certification required, Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association.
• Licensure required: Active Washington license, Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)
