Sika is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join its growing team in Canton, MA for the roofing division. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the warehouse facility and for the warehouse staff and inventory within. This position manages the operational aspect of the warehouse facility and promptly, neatly, and accurately ships product from it. Emphasized in this is inventory control and complete, on time shipping of orders.

• Train, mentor, and coach warehouse staff
• Train and supervise temporary Shipping/Receiving workers within the facility
• Responsible for time and attendance tracking for those supervised
• Accountable for inventory integrity and accuracy to the ERP system
• Conducts, confirms, and reports findings of inventory Cycle Counts
• Manage inventory flow upon a First-In, First-Out basis, to the best degree possible
• Management of picking, staging, loading, and posting activity
• Management of all warehouse receiving activity
• Oversight of truckers while truckers are on premises
• Responsible for the facility including warehouse security, maintenance, and general upkeep

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of prior management experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills (written and verbal)
• Spanish speaking a plus
• Strong organizational and effective time management skills
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from all levels of the organization
