What You Will Do
- Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electronic components into subassemblies and finished products using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and production equipment.
- Follow standardized work instructions, engineering drawings, and detailed manufacturing procedures to complete assigned tasks accurately.
- Inspect assembled products and components to verify conformance with quality standards and product specifications.
- Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet established tolerances and operating requirements.
- Repair or rework products that do not meet quality requirements and perform corrective assembly activities as directed.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements.
- Accurately document production activities and complete required manufacturing records.
- Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines to maintain a safe manufacturing environment.
What You Need
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience.
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, and move materials or components weighing up to 35 pounds in a manufacturing environment.
