Occupational Therapist

Sigma Rehab seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality rehab services in our Warren facility. You’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve function, independence, and quality of life. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate families and caregivers, and maintain accurate documentation.
