Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. You will document progress, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
