Full-time Days 7am-7pm

Come and join our expanding Pulmonary Unit. The clinical staff on Pulmonary work closely with hospitalists, pulmonologists and respiratory therapists to provide top-notch care for patients with acute and chronic respiratory issues.

Responsibilities:

The Patient Care Tech, under the supervision of licensed clinical staff, provides care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, demonstrating competency with treatments, procedures and equipment appropriate to the clinical setting and hospital policy.

*Patient ratios are determined by various factors, including volume and acuity of patient needs. Extenuating circumstances may determine a need for lower or higher ratios*

Qualifications:

Education

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Preferred

Work Experience

• No experience required
• 1 year of patient care experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
• CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Preferred
• Certification from a Patient Care Technician program Preferred
