Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patients in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. Working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions, train patients in ADLs and functional mobility, and educate families on home programs and adaptive equipment. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to promote safe, patient-centered recovery in a nurturing, dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
