Encompass Health seeks a Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based rehabilitation for patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries. In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions focused on mobility, function, and independence. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document care using EMR.
