RN Shift Coordinator

Cone Health is seeking an RN Shift Coordinator for our Annie Penn Nursing Center in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will oversee daily clinical operations on the unit, provide direct patient care, support and guide nursing staff, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards in a long-term care setting. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while mentoring staff and promoting best practices.
