Critical Care Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse - $3320 per week.

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 years of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 12 months within the last 24 months (2 years).

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• 12 months of acute care experience with 12 months within the last 24 months (2 years).

• 12 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Maine license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <90 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Shift & Scheduling: Shift options: 7am to 7:30 pm or 7pm to 7:30 am. 75% weekends are required. No call.

Floating Requirements: Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, and CTICU based on HCP experience. Float to any IMC at the organization; patient ratios are 1:3 in IMC. Float assignments include SICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, and CICU. You will care for basic ICU patients in each department, including sedated and intubated patients and patients on pressors, but not high-complexity patients such as those requiring CRRT. Float pool staff may take multiple different assignments during the same shift if needed.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Manager reference required from within the last 2 years
