FOX Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Salem, OR to provide evidence-based, functional rehab to older adults in homes and senior living settings. In this full-time role, you’ll evaluate and treat geriatric patients, design individualized care plans, and promote safety, independence, and fall prevention. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, leverage clinical education and mentorship, and enjoy autonomy, productivity tools, and growth opportunities in a supportive, mission-driven practice focused on proactive senior care.
