Regional Recruitment & Employee Experience Specialist

Location: Adirondack Region, New York

Position Summary

Centers Health Care is seeking a Regional Recruitment & Employee Experience Specialist to support our Adirondack-area facilities. This individual will provide a strong local presence focused on recruitment, community partnerships, employee engagement, orientation, and retention.

Candidates must live in or near the Adirondack region and be comfortable traveling regularly to several assigned facilities, schools, community events, and occasionally to the New York City area.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with local CNA, LPN, nursing, and vocational programs.

  • Visit schools and attend job fairs and community events regularly.

  • Support recruitment for CNAs, LPNs, NATP students, and other facility positions.

  • Develop localized recruitment strategies based on facility needs.

  • Assist with the optimization of the facility’s employee experience initiatives.

  • Support employee recognition, engagement, and retention programs.

  • Monitor new-hire orientation and help improve the onboarding experience.

  • Conduct new-hire check-ins and address concerns with facility leadership.

  • Partner with administrators, Human Resources, and corporate teams to improve recruitment and retention outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and community outreach is required

  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Ability to focus on time-sensitive projects, while simultaneously ensuring upkeep of additional responsibilities.

  • Must live in or near the Adirondack region.

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel regularly are required.

  • Healthcare marketing experience is a plus.
