STNA State Tested Nursing Assistant
Night Shift 12 Hours
7pm-7am

As a State Tested Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents on our night shift. This 12-hour shift is the perfect opportunity to balance your work and personal life while making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.
About the STNA State Tested Nursing Assistant Role:
Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, under the supervision of a licensed nurse
Assists with feeding, toileting, and transferring residents as needed
Monitor and record vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and document resident care
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues
Participate in therapeutic activities, recreation programs, and other events to promote resident engagement and well-being
STNA State Tested Nursing Assistant Responsibilities:
Provide individualized care to residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment, adhering to infection control protocols and facility policies
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members to ensure seamless care transitions
Attend meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities to stay current with industry best practices and updates

STNA State Tested Nursing Assistant Requirements:
Current STNA certification in the state of Ohio
