Clinical Team Lead

Methodist Health System is seeking a Clinical Team Lead to oversee a multidisciplinary care team within our faith-based, patient-centered environment. The Clinical Team Lead coordinates daily clinical operations, manages staffing and patient flow, and ensures adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. This role provides clinical expertise at the bedside, mentors and develops nursing and allied health staff, and partners closely with physicians to drive evidence-based care. The Clinical Team Lead collaborates across departments, supports performance improvement initiatives, and helps implement new care models that enhance patient outcomes and experience for the North Texas community.
