Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $1730 per week.

Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

In addition to a valid driver’s license, you MUST include a proof of address document to apply. Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Med-surg currently staffs to 18 patients; telemetry is monitored locally in the CCU department. General and ortho post-op recovery; pneumonia, COPD, CHF, HTN, stroke patients not requiring transfer to a higher level of care, GI, UTI, diabetes not requiring insulin GTT, and sepsis not requiring CCU.

Shift & Scheduling: No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted. Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: Floating within scope to sister facilities may be required. ER floating is for tasks only such as turning over rooms, administering some medications, and IV initiation.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 0

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
