Our client, a leading manufacturing industry organization, is seeking a Production Machine Operator to join their team. As a Production Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Machine Operator

Location: Owatonna, MN

Pay Range: $20.5

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

  • Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output.
  • Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions.
  • Ensure high-quality goods are produced by checking for defects or malfunctions.
  • Follow strict safety procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or similar roles.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines and equipment.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.
