Full job description
Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel nursing assignment. Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 10 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Ardent Health.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: Familiarity with diuretics, anticoagulants, inotropes, and rate-controlling medications.
Special Requests: Block scheduling: case by case. RTO parameters: needs to be approved by manager.
Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. Cardiac specialty unit. Ratio 1:5. Utilize the following non-titratable cardiac drips: Cardizem, Dobutamine, Milrinone, Amiodarone. Nurses are not responsible for doing cardioversions.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekends required, depending on unit needs. On-call: none.
Floating Requirements: Float within scope.
14 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
Proof of identification required

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
