Full job description
Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while experiencing Washington, IL.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required.
Ability to manage caseloads typical to long-term care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
Experience with documentation systems commonly used in post-acute care preferred.
Assignment Details
Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
Work schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
Guaranteed hours: 35 hours per week.

Provide skilled occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility. You will support patient-centered care plans, perform evaluations, implement therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with nursing and rehab staff to optimize functional outcomes and discharge planning.
