Doctor of Medicine | Psychiatry - Child and Adolescent Location: Bronx, NY Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Compensation: $140k – $150k annually Job Description Join a collaborative behavioral health team as a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist , providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and medication management for pediatric and adolescent patients. This hybrid role combines in-person and telepsychiatry care for flexibility and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients under 18 Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, primary care providers, and school-based teams ⚡ Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems ️ Participate in care coordination and case conferences Support program development for pediatric and adolescent mental health services Requirements MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Active, unrestricted New York State medical license DEA license (Suboxone waiver or willingness to obtain) Minimum 3 years experience with pediatric populations Comfortable with telehealth platforms and hybrid care models Preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish Experience in community health, FQHCs, or underserved urban settings Skills & Competencies Strong clinical judgment and psychiatric assessment skills Effective communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams Ability to work in hybrid care environments with flexibility and compassion Benefits Benefits & Highlights Hybrid model: blend of in-person and telepsychiatry Work with an integrated behavioral health team ‍⚕️ Provide care for a pediatric and adolescent patient population Opportunities for professional growth and program development614ebcce-2988-4a21-9a10-1fc0c5beffbb
