  • Schedule: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM in the facility, on-call 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, 24 hours daily; ongoing work 10-14 days a month
  • Patient Population: Neonates with Level III NICU needs
  • Location: Marquette, MI

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care in a Level III NICU
  • Manage cases of Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Pulmonary Hypertension, Sepsis, and other complex conditions
  • Stabilize surgical cases for transport as needed
  • Work collaboratively with a team of skilled professionals, including general pediatrics and various pediatric specialists
Qualifications
  • Board Certified in Neonatology preferred; Board Eligible candidates considered
  • NRP and PALS certification required
  • Proficient in procedures such as intubation, chest tube placement, central line placement, paracentesis, and spinal taps
  • Experience with advanced ventilator management, including oscillators and iNO
Working Hours
  • 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM in the facility
  • 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM on-call
  • Work expected for 10-14 days each month
Skills
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to manage complex neonate cases
  • Proficiency with Cerner EHR system
  • Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities in a multidisciplinary environment
