Life Care Centers seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to support senior residents in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. Working closely with an Occupational Therapist, you’ll deliver skilled interventions, assist with ADL training, and help residents maximize independence and quality of life. In our patient-first, family-focused culture, you’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document care accurately, and contribute to strong clinical outcomes while growing professionally in a supportive, team-based environment.
