We’re seeking an experienced General Manager who knows how to lead from the front by inspiring teams, elevating standards, and building guest loyalty every day.


General Manager Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary $80k-$90k with a structured monthly bonus

General Manager Background & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of full-service, scratch restaurant, General Manager experience
  • Tenured History - no more than 3 employers in 5 years
  • Background in upscale casual restaurant environments - Country Club, Hotel, or Contract Food Service backgrounds are NOT a fit
  • Proven success leading high-volume operations with $4M+ in annual sales
  • Demonstrated leadership through accountability and motivation
  • Strong P&L management, budgeting, and financial reporting skills
  • Proven success in developing managers and hourly employees to the highest standards
  • Valid ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain promptly)
  • Strong Wine knowledge
