Reporting to the Director of Process Innovation & IT Project Management, this position partners closely with technology and business leaders to redesign processes, drive adoption of new ways of working, and ensure AI and automation initiatives deliver measurable business value.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting strategy to execution, translating complex technology capabilities into practical business solutions, and helping teams embrace change. You'll work across the organization to improve processes, support transformation initiatives, and enable employees to adopt new tools and workflows that improve efficiency and outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Lead and support change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption planning, and readiness assessments for enterprise initiatives.

  • Drive execution of transformation programs by developing implementation plans, tracking milestones, managing risks, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Measure and continuously improve process performance, adoption rates, and business outcomes to ensure sustained value from change initiatives and new technologies.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, change management, transformation, or related disciplines.

  • Strong experience with current-state and future-state process mapping, process redesign, and operational improvement initiatives.

  • Demonstrated success leading or supporting complex, cross-functional change efforts with a focus on stakeholder adoption and business outcomes.

  • Experience applying project management disciplines such as planning, risk management, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment within transformation initiatives.

  • Familiarity with change management and continuous improvement methodologies.

You'll stand out if you have

  • Experience implementing or supporting AI-enabled workflows, automation platforms, Microsoft 365, JIRA, Atlassian, or other emerging digital workplace technologies.
