Cashier

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a motivated cashier/concession worker to work within an energetic kitchen staff at the Lee & Rose Warner Coliseum during the Minnesota State Fair! As a cashier/food service worker, you will have the opportunity to perform as a cashier as well as a variety of other tasks, learn a variety of skills, and interact with a State Fair clientele daily in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Filling orders, receiving money, accurately counting back change and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
• Customer service.
• This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• Basic knowledge of math and handling money.
• Have the ability to handle multiple tasks using time and task management skills.
• Have excellent communication and organization skills.
• Have excellent attention to details and service knowledge.

Nice-to-haves:

• Prior experience providing superior customer service.

Compensation Range

$19 - $20 per hour
