• 12hr shift -- 9am - 9pm
• Annual ED volume: 12,000
• Hospital emergency department setting
• NP support on shift 11am - 11pm daily
• ATLS, PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
• No rounding -- ER physicians respond to codes
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
