LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

Brickyard Healthcare seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation communities. The LPN provides hands-on clinical support including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and documentation while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to promote quality outcomes and resident well-being.
