Kitchen Manager

This concept is chef-driven, with almost everything being made in their kitchen, from scratch, and inspired by the time the owner spent in Miami. The menu follows the seasons, and many of the key ingredients are sourced from local farmers and purveyors. This concept brings these elements together to create something with a unique fingerprint and uniquely its own.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• 2-4 years of BOH experience
• Needs to be able to work at both locations based on business trends (Detroit/Ann Arbor)
• Spanish speaking
