The Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse provides bedside nursing care for older adults in a long-term care setting. This role assists with resident assessments, implements care plans, and administers medications and treatments safely and on time. The LPN monitors changes in condition, documents accurately in electronic records, and communicates with the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families. The position may support activities of daily living and contributes to quality and safety initiatives in collaboration with RNs and other team members.
