Join a new, patient-centered primary care clinic opening in Horace, ND, in 2027. Located just minutes from Fargo, this is an opportunity to help build a practice from the ground up while benefiting from the support, resources, and specialty services of the established Fargo-Moorhead Essentia Health system.

 

We are seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join an initial care team of 2 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers. This role is ideal for a physician who values collaboration, team-based care, and the opportunity to help shape a new clinic’s culture, workflows, and patient-care processes.

 

Practice Highlights

• 0.6-1.0 FTE Opportunity
• Outpatient-only practice
• 1.0 FTE equals 36 patient-contact hours per week
• Monday-Friday schedule, with flexibility  within established clinic parameter
• Average volume of approximately 14–20 patients per day
• Collaborative physician and APP care model
• Dedicated nursing and clinical support staff
• Opportunity to help develop clinic workflows, patient-care processes, and team culture
• Epic electronic medical record and DAX AI Scribe
• Access to specialty, diagnostic, and hospital-based services throughout the Fargo-Moorhead Essentia System.

Compensation

• $329,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
