Group Quality Supervisor

Charlie Health seeks a Group Quality Supervisor to ensure exceptional, evidence-based virtual group treatment for teens, young adults, and families in its IOP and PHP programs. In this role, you will oversee the clinical quality and consistency of group sessions, review documentation, and monitor adherence to protocols and safety standards. You’ll use outcomes data to drive improvements, coach and support group facilitators, and collaborate with clinical leaders to enhance curricula and workflows. This mission-driven position is remote and offers the chance to meaningfully impact youth mental health at scale.
