Full job description

Experteer Overview As Lead Speechwriter you shape the Organisation's external and internal messaging by developing a strategic speechwriting program aligned with FCA priorities. You will work closely with the Chief Executive and Executive Team to craft clear, authentic speeches that land with diverse audiences. You will advise senior leaders on what to say and how to say it, building trusted relationships across the organisation. Your role combines technical leadership in storytelling and tone with line management of a speechwriter to deliver high-quality content that supports FCA objectives. Pay / Benefits

  • Oversee a speechwriting strategy aligned with strategic priorities
  • Craft impactful speeches for the Chief Executive and Executive Team
  • Advise senior leaders on messaging, timing, and delivery
  • Ensure speeches are authentic, compelling, and reflect individual voices
  • Provide technical leadership on speechwriting, storytelling, tone of voice, and delivery
  • Line manage a speechwriter, coaching and assuring quality of speeches and content
