As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat a diverse caseload in a clinic setting, developing functional, goal‑oriented care plans for patients across age groups. You will provide evidence‑based interventions, educate patients and families, document evaluations and progress notes, collaborate with physicians and the care team, meet productivity standards, contribute to quality improvement, and may supervise PT and PTA students while supporting a positive, team‑focused clinic environment.
