Local Pay:$45.95/hour

Shift Details:

  • M-F, Hours: 8:50am 4:20pm 7.5 hour day, 30 min unpaid lunch

Licensed Practical Nurse Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide basic nursing care and health services to students in a school setting.

  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and school health protocols.

  • Monitor and assess students’ health conditions, including illnesses, injuries, and medical needs.

  • Provide first aid and emergency care as needed.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential student health records and documentation.

  • Assist students with chronic health conditions, including care plans and ongoing health monitoring.

  • Communicate with parents, school staff, and healthcare providers regarding student health needs.

  • Support health screenings, wellness programs, and preventive health initiatives.

  • Follow school policies, safety procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must hold WA LVN/LPN license

  • Minimum of one (1) year of recent experience as an LPN

  • Additional certifications may be required

  • Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
