Work Environment

This full-time position requires onsite presence at our well-equipped hospital facility, where you will collaborate with a team of experienced physical therapists, occupational therapists, and healthcare professionals. You will work primarily daytime hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life routine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist physical therapists in devising and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to individual patients.
  • Guide patients through prescribed rehabilitation exercises and therapeutic activities to promote recovery.
  • Monitor patient progress meticulously and document findings, making necessary adjustments to care protocols when needed.
  • Educate patients and their families on safe practices for home care and injury prevention, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment within the therapy space, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications
